To live a healthy life is to have a healthy mind. The teenagers of our society are over stressed and unable to live a healthy relaxed life. They struggle to handle their emotions. To address this relevant issue, Don Bosco Anbu Illam, Coimbatore celebrated the children’s day with the theme “HEALTHY MIND HEALTHY LIFE.†Don Bosco Anbu Illam with the support of Nirmala College for Women and Rhythm social service society for women have organized day of animation on 25th November 2023 at Nirmala College Campus. Thousand two hundred children from 15 schools participated in the day long conference. The first speaker of the day was Dr. Dhamu, Film Actor and Comedian and he animated the students on how to focus on life; listening is the key to learning; recognize the teacher in you and ‘Your are the Champion’ Mr. Karuppasamy, SI of Cybercrime Coimbatore, dealt on the topic, “Online Safety and Mental Health,†and Rev. Fr. R. D. E. Jerome, Secretary, Bishop Ambrose College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore, dealt on the topic, “Healthy Relationship.†At the close of the conference, students gave positive feedback and how the topics were very relevant to today’s situation..
